Duise Designs provides a one-stop shop for branding services, including (but not limited to):
- Logo design
- Brand identity development
- Website design and development
- Marketing materials creation
- Brand strategy consulting
Order Process:
- Quotes and Proposals: We offer free consultations and estimates. A formal quote outlining the scope of work and fees will be presented after discussing your project needs.
- Acceptance and Payment: To proceed, you must accept the quote and make the required deposit. Different services may have varying payment schedules. We accept various payment methods as outlined in the quote.
- Project Completion: Once payment is received, we will begin work on your project. We will keep you informed of progress and collaborate throughout the process.
- Revisions: A limited number of revisions are included in our packages. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
- Delivery: Upon final approval, we will deliver your completed branding materials in the agreed-upon format.
Intellectual Property:
- We retain all ownership rights to our original creative work produced before project commencement.
- Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the branding materials we create specifically for your project.
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses for third-party content you provide for use in your branding materials.
Warranties and Disclaimers:
- We strive to provide high-quality services, but we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services or their outcomes.
- We are not responsible for any delays, errors, or omissions arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as technical difficulties or unavailability of third-party services.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before finalization.
Termination:
We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Website for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate these Terms by ceasing to use the Website.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duise Designs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Services.
Indemnification:
