I'm in a rush, can you print very quickly?
We understand tight deadlines! While print times can vary depending on workload, we often accommodate rush orders. Just let us know upfront if you have a deadline, and we’ll do our best to get your prints done quickly. The sooner you tell us, the better we can assist you.
What is your turn around?
Our turnaround time is typically between 5-7 business days from payment to shipment. We’ll also provide an estimated print time when you receive a quote.
How does pricing work for screen printing?
Pricing is based on the number of shirts ordered, the number of imprint colors, and the locations being printed. Our pricing is tiered based on these factors.
My artwork is in a .jpeg (or hand drawn). Can you use this to print my shirts?
Yes and no. Yes, we can use it to recreate the artwork in the format that we need, but you will still have to pay for the artwork.
How big should my sign be? What criteria should I use to select a shape?
Sign size can be determined by either (1) limitations due to sign mounting or installation, or (2) requirements for viewing. As far a shape goes, it is mostly a question of style and the message you want to display. Do you want it wide and short or narrow and tall, or in between?
What is a "mock-up"?
A mock-up is a way of ensuring that we have interpreted your design specifications and preferences correctly, and that your text and numbers are accurate and that everything is layed out according to your requirements. A second purpose is for you to see a color image of the sign’s design as it will look when completed, so that you can make any changes in layout, color, art, etc if necessary. After all, when you receive your sign and decide you do not like a color or font style, its a little late to change it!
